Expanding Norma’s presence across different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and most notably, TikTok—where we introduced content that encourages new hunters and highlights Norma’s core passion: Why We Hunt.
Establishing a Strong Ambassador Program
Ensuring better collaboration and faster utilization of ambassador content, creating a scalable model for future growth. This allowed us to further diversify content formats and sources, while enhancing audience engagement, and improving brand storytelling.
Increasing Posting Frequency & Content Diversity
We increased posting frequency from 2–3 posts per week to an average of 6, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence. This was achieved by incorporating a mix of high-quality indoor content, quick-production videos, and authentic ambassador-generated materials.
Optimizing Platform-Specific Strategies
We tailored content for different platforms to ensure maximum engagement among diverse hunting audiences. By analyzing audience behavior and preferences across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, we customized messaging, visuals, and video formats to align with each platform’s best practices.
RESULTS AND IMPACT
Followers increased from 36,800 in September 2024 to 52,869 by March 2025 (+43%). A viral post surpassed 9 million views, showcasing the power of engaging content.
Followers grew modestly from 44,600 to 45,514, but content interactions doubled (+100%), proving that engagement—not just numbers—is key.
We successfully launched Norma on TikTok, engaging a younger and broader hunting audience with fresh and dynamic storytelling.
